Sandeep’s Fitness is not just any gym where you sign up and hardly go, or even if you do manage to drag yourself, you hardly do anything the right way. It is a dream, a religion. It is a product of hard work, dedication and determination, and eternal love for fitness, of two people bound together by the same- the founders Mr. Sandeep Chourasiya and Mrs. Anshuma Upadhyay.
With its inception on 25th June 2017, we, at Sandeep’s Fitness, integrate all the possible exercises and group exercises techniques i.e. gym, cross-fit, yoga, aerobics, dance, all under one single roof.

Highly respected as an expert in fitness industry and have trained people for over 20 years ,Sandeep is the pillar on which rests brand SFW. He is the cornerstone of growth and development. He is involved in Finance, Business Development, HR, Legal matters and plays an important role in brand building. He is a keen sports and fitness enthusiast. Youthful and dynamic, Sandeep is always looking for newer opportunities.

She is the face of admin and operations department. She makes sure all the operations are handled in successful and professional manner. She handles bookkeeping, record maintenance, budgeting, and brand management.

Weight Training

Weight training is a common type of strength training for developing the strength and size of skeletal muscles. It utilizes the force of gravity in the form of weighted bars, dumbbells or weight stacks in order to oppose the force generated by muscle through concentric or eccentric contraction

A form of high intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level.
